Stage X Plastigauge - Precision Clearance Measuring Plastic

Plastigauge is a simple, widely used product for measuring clearance in plain automotive bearings, and is essential for building engines to the right tolerances.

It is particularly useful for split bearings or where a feeler gauge cannot be inserted. To use it, torque up to the figures in the workshop manual, undo, and compare the squashed Plastigauge with the supplied chart.
