5 speed lightweight flywheel

This flywheel is machined from a single piece of high-grade steel billet for faster engine response and better drivability. At just 6.8 kg, it saves over 3 kg compared with the standard OEM flywheel, a significant reduction in rotational mass.

Fitment

Developed for all 5 speed Subaru Impreza models with a pull-type clutch. The one-piece billet construction gives strength, balance and durability under demanding conditions.

Finish and components

The flywheel has a corrosion-resistant 'blackodised' coating. The kit also includes:

• A new spigot bearing
• A complete set of clutch cover location dowels
• Fitting instructions and flywheel bolt torque settings

With less rotational mass to turn, the EJ engine revs more freely. Throttle response and acceleration improve, and the car picks up more quickly from low revs.
