This timing belt kit uses the same OE-grade components as when the car left the production line, and adds a Gates Racing Kevlar timing belt. Designed to withstand the stress and heat of high-horsepower or high-revving engines, these belts are 300% stronger than the original equipment, which makes them a popular choice for modified Subarus.

The kit is also available with a more extreme cooling option: the Stage X Black Series water pump, which includes the billet thermostat housing. A further option adds the cooler-running 70 degree thermostat.
